Salary Range: ₱18,000–₱20,000/month (Base)

Plus: Incentives & Transportation Reimbursement

We are looking for a Leasing Executive Assistant — a proactive and service-driven team member who will support leasing operations both on-site and online, ensuring a seamless experience for our landlords and tenants.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle appointment setting and telecalling for client inquiries and property viewings
  • Assist clients with leasing requirements, documentation, and contract processing
  • Coordinate between landlords, tenants, and admin team for smooth transactions
  • Oversee move-in and move-out schedules, ensuring timely coordination and updates
  • Conduct unit checking and inspection prior to client turnover
  • Assist in preparing units for move-in or turnover (cleaning, keys, utilities coordination)
  • Maintain accurate records and submit daily reports via CRM or company system
  • Support leasing executives and management in finalizing deals and follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Female, college level or graduate (minimum 2nd year college)
  • With experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or leasing coordination
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
  • Comfortable working both in the field (50%) and online (50%)
  • Must have own laptop and stable internet connection
  • Professional attitude and trustworthy with documents and client handling
  • Can start immediately
