Makati City (Applicants residing in Makati or nearby preferred)

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM

Position Overview
We are looking for a
Leasing Assistant
to join our growing team. This role is open to applicants
with or without experience
. Free training will be provided. Candidates must be willing to start immediately and eager to learn the real estate industry.

This position
has no employeeemployer relationship
. We offer
allowances plus commission
.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any course
  • With or without experience (Real Estate Sales experience is an advantage but not required)
  • Computer literate and detail-oriented
  • With initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  • Pleasing personality
  • Must have complete requirements, including:
  • NBI Clearance
  • Medical Certificate
  • Barangay Clearance
  • 2 valid IDs (same address & same signature)
  • Diploma & TOR
  • Certificate of Employment from previous employer (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding available units and leasing options
  • Coordinate property viewings, schedules, and appointments
  • Maintain updated records of listings, clients, and transactions
  • Prepare basic leasing documents and assist in processing requirements
  • Handle administrative tasks such as emails, messages, and client follow-ups
  • Support the leasing and sales team with daily tasks and updates
  • Promote available properties through ads, postings, and online platforms
  • Ensure a smooth client experience from inquiry to turnover
