Job Description
As a Salesperson, you will manage warm leads, support trial users, execute follow-up campaigns, and assist founders in optimizing sales workflows. You'll drive conversions through proactive communication, pipeline management, and CRM execution, helping build a scalable and efficient sales engine.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 3 to 5 years' experience
- Proactive

- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

- Accounting industry experience is preferred but not required
- HubSpot and sales skills are more important
- Strong English communication skills
- Sales support experience
- CRM experience - HubSpot
- Ability to automate templates provided

Your Daily Tasks
- Present Elfworks to warm leads
- Set up meetings with leads and founders
- Develop templates for trial check-ins
- Set up user accounts for trials on Elfworks
- Move deals to trial in HubSpot
- Contact trial group after 7 days for check-ins and feedback
- Develop email templates for conversion
- Move deals to trial in HubSpot
- Convert and follow up on trials
- Email on trial completion
- Email after 7 days
- Email after 14 days
- Email after 21 days
- Conduct account reviews with customers
- Set up user accounts in Elfworks
- Set up subscriptions in HubSpot
- Schedule quarterly customer reviews
- Provide process and workflow training on the existing sales process
- Work with founders to set up HubSpot deal pipelines, funnels, and email templates
