Job Description

As a Disclosure Specialist, you'll prepare and manage mortgage disclosure documents, ensuring full compliance with TRID and RESPA regulations. You'll maintain accuracy across all re-disclosures, support timely loan processing, and work closely with U.S. teams to ensure a smooth and compliant borrower experience.

The Qualifications We Seek

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in U.S. mortgage disclosure, specifically handling Loan Estimates (LE) and Closing Disclosure (CD) fees
• Knowledge of TRID guidelines and mortgage compliance regulations to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards
• At least 1 year of experience in closing, post-closing, processing, or real estate documentation within a title company or financial institution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and clients
• Proven ability to identify and resolve problems proactively
• Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment while maintaining accuracy
• Highly organized with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet production deadlines

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage and send mortgage disclosures on behalf of the Account Management team
• Handle all re-disclosures as they arise and are flagged by the Processor or Lock Desk
• Validate whether a change of circumstance exists and requires re-disclosure
• Process and send updated disclosures to borrowers within 24 hours of receiving the request
• Review reports to ensure that all loans requiring re-disclosure are identified and addressed
• Immediately notify the Supervisor/Manager of any loans that are out of compliance for re-disclosure
• Maintain exceptional service by demonstrating thorough knowledge of TRID, RESPA policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while upholding professional ethics
• Stay up-to-date with all mortgage-related regulations and industry changes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances
• Perform other related duties as required to support compliance and operational efficiency
