Job Description
As an Accountant, you will manage financial data, reporting, compliance, and Australian accounting processes with accuracy and efficiency. You'll play a key role in ensuring precise financial operations, supporting management in decision-making, and maintaining compliance with international standards.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1 to 5 years relevant experience
- Experience with Xero accounting software
- Able to work independently, proactive, and a self-starter (plug and play)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Stable internet connection and suitable workspace at home
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- More education or experience may be preferred
- Special licenses or certifications may be required
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
- Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes
- Ethical behavior
- Attention to detail
Need to Have:
- Experience in AU accounting environment
Your Daily Tasks
- Comply with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations
- Compile, analyze, and report financial data
- Create periodic reports such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements
- Present data to managers, investors, and other entities
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Perform audits and resolve discrepancies
- Compute taxes and stay updated on current finance legislation
- Assist management in decision-making through budgets and forecasts
- Handle basic AU accounting, including preparing tax returns, BAS, IAS, and work papers
- Manage bookkeeping and payroll processing
