As a Sales Support Specialist, you will streamline sales operations by handling documentation, coordinating projects, preparing proposals, and supporting customer-facing activities. You'll enable efficient service delivery through organized workflows, proactive communication, and operational accuracy.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Project Coordination, or Customer Service roles (preferred but not required)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent English communication skills-both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer activities simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Exceptional customer service orientation and a proactive "can-do" attitude

Your Daily Tasks

Administrative & Sales Support

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite and ConnectWise.
• Prepare customer proposals, presentations, and documentation using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Manage and update sales and service records within ConnectWise (training provided).
• Assist in the creation and organization of sales campaigns and marketing-related materials (highly desirable).

Project Management & Service Delivery

• Coordinate and schedule carrier installers, vendors, and Wevo subcontractors for service delivery.
• Support project scheduling and tracking using MS Project, SmartSheet, or similar tools.
• Prepare and distribute customer reports, including Inflight Project updates, Service Management summaries, and Ticket reports.
• Contribute to the management of complex customer projects (highly desirable).

Technical & Operational Support

• Perform Service Qualification tasks by validating internet speeds and availability using carrier tools (training provided).
• Assist with forecasting, data analysis, and sales pipeline updates using advanced Excel functionalities.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project and service metrics to internal teams and customers.
