MEPF Coordinator

Locations: Manila / Davao / Tagaytay

We are looking for an experienced MEPF Coordinator to manage and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) works on-site. The role is focused on ensuring proper execution, alignment with design plans, and smooth collaboration among project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities related to MEPF works
  • Review plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation on site
  • Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPF systems
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other trades to resolve site issues and prevent delays
  • Ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations
  • Provide site reports and updates to the Project Engineer/Manager

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • Proven experience in MEPF coordination and site execution
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEPF systems and construction practices
  • Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
