Bouygues Bâtiment International, filiale de Bouygues Construction, réalise des projets ambitieux et innovants à travers le monde. Dans le cadre de projets de tours de grande hauteur à Manille, nous recherchons un VIE Design Coordinator pour rejoindre nos équipes sur site.

Votre mission
Vous serez en charge des plans IFC (Issued for Construction) et de la coordination du processus de conception dans l'environnement BIM. Vous jouerez un rôle clé pour assurer la cohérence entre la conception et la construction, en garantissant que les modèles numériques et les plans émis reflètent les dernières exigences du projet et sont exempts de conflits.

Vos Principales Responsabilités

  • Pilotage de l'équipe design locale : gérer le programme global de conception et assurer la livraison des packages IFC complets et vérifiés.
  • Coordination et intégration : assurer la coordination entre équipes architecture, structure et techniques, et collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes.
  • Qualité et conformité : vérifier que les modèles et plans sont exacts, complets et conformes aux normes locales et industrielles.
  • Gestion des modèles BIM : créer, mettre à jour et maintenir les modèles BIM, assurer le suivi des versions et résoudre les conflits avant émission des plans IFC.
  • Documentation et diffusion : gérer la diffusion et la validation des plans, et produire des rapports d'avancement hebdomadaires.
  • Communication et suivi : être le point de contact technique pour les parties prenantes et suivre les modifications de conception.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur en construction, idéalement avec spécialisation MEPFS (systèmes mécaniques, électriques, de plomberie, de protection incendie et sanitaires)
  • Expérience en BIM et ingénierie appréciée.
  • Bonne maîtrise des logiciels BIM (Revit, AutoCAD…).
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et anglais courant requis.
  • Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et capable de travailler dans un environnement international.
