Project Engineer (MEPF)

Locations: Manila / Davao / Tagaytay

We are seeking a Project Engineer to oversee our MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) projects from planning through execution. This role requires hands-on management of site activities, close coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring that all deliverables meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for MEPF works
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Track and monitor project progress, schedules, and costs
  • Ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports, documentation, and updates for management

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • Experience in MEPF projects is required.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

  • Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
