We are looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to oversee our MEPFS projects from planning to execution. The role includes managing daily site activities, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring that all mechanical works are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and proactive in tracking work progress and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for mechanical and MEPFS works.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the main office for updates and requirements.
  • Monitor and track project progress, schedules, work accomplishments, remaining works, and manpower performance.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports, documentation, punchlists, and work balance updates to the main office.
  • Track all changes, variations, and updates on-site and ensure they are properly documented and communicated.
  • Ensure compliance with plans, design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Read and interpret project plans and drawings to guide installation works and verify progress.
  • Manage workforce schedules to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
  • Experience in MEPFS projects is preferred.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent work tracking, organization, and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in reading plans, analyzing site progress, and identifying remaining works.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
