POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for monitoring the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection aspects of construction management for high-rise building project/s.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • PRC Licensed Engineer
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Site Engineer, MEPF Engineer, or related role
  • Can start ASAP (or less than 30 days)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection activities at the site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Analyze and interpret engineering plans, blueprints, topographical & geologic data and technical/shop drawings.
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.
