About the Role We are seeking a Senior Building Engineer to join our Property Management team. The role is responsible for overseeing the technical operations of a commercial high-rise building located in Pasay, Cubao and Ortigas , ensuring all systems are properly maintained, efficient, and compliant with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Manage daily engineering operations of the assigned high-rise property. Supervise preventive maintenance and repairs of MEPF, safety, and building systems. Monitor and coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality and compliance. Provide technical support for tenant fit-outs and property management requirements. Prepare engineering reports, incident logs, and recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with and report to the Senior/Area Property Manager or Head of Property Management . Qualifications Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC). At least 2 years’ relevant experience in property management, facilities, or building engineering. Strong technical expertise in MEPF systems, building equipment, and safety protocols. Effective leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Must be willing to work on-site.
