Job Description

The Operations Associate performs a diverse range of duties from administrative tasks, project documentation, business correspondence, logistics coordination, data monitoring, and marketing efforts among others to support the efficient daily business operations together with handling internal accounts and achieve revenue through providing and supporting client requests & orders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sales Account
  • Managing the retention and continued business of internal/existing accounts.
  • Takes the lead in assisting clients' project inquiries.
  • Analyzes customer requirements from construction drawings and bill of materials and recommends best fit product.
  • Attend, conduct, and assist various client visits, marketing events, expo, etc.
    Ensure proper monitoring of sales targets and delivery within the given timeline.
  • Operations & Office Administration
  • Perform company administrative operations & tasks, including but not limited to Project Documentation, Data Gathering & Analysis, Process Improvement, and Logistics Coordination.
  • Ensures the implementation of standard procedures and policies in relation to key accounts and sales function.
  • Develop appropriate understanding of all business services and products to be able to provide necessary recommendations to clients.
    Coordination with Internal key personnel for operational functions.
  • Project Management
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics.
  • Provide end-to-end solutions for clients' requirements from ordering to after-sales service.
    Coordination with external key personnel from different trades/companies to ensure project delivery and on-time execution.
  • Marketing
  • Product Marketing & Product Mastery.
  • Spearhead website improvement.
  • Designing of marketing collaterals (brochures, calling cards, company profiles).
    Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or any related course.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in operations management, analytics, office administration, or related industries.
  • Demonstrable experience in handling projects.
  • Experience in technical fields (construction, Logistics, process improvements, MEPFS, etc).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Must be detail-oriented- and solutions-oriented.
