Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key retail buyers and category managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns related to product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets within assigned key accounts.
- Negotiate and implement promotional programs to drive sales and market share.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for category growth within key accounts.
- Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Prepare regular reports on key account performance for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
