Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key retail buyers and category managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns related to product availability, pricing, and promotions.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets within assigned key accounts.
  • Negotiate and implement promotional programs to drive sales and market share.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for category growth within key accounts.
  • Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular reports on key account performance for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
