Job Title: Key Accounts Manager – Food Service

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Key Account Management or Food Service Sales

Reports To: Sales Director / National Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager – Food Service to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with key food service accounts, including restaurants, caterers, hotel chains, and institutional clients. You will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, increasing market share, and delivering exceptional service that strengthens long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of key food service accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Develop strategic account plans and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products across accounts

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver customized solutions to key clients

Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform account strategies

Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management and clients

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in line with company policies

Ensure timely delivery of products and services, working closely with supply chain and customer service teams

Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build brand visibility

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or food service sales

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)

Strong understanding of the food service or hospitality industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel as required
