We are seeking an experienced Key Account Executive to join our dynamic team at JR&R Distributors Inc.' This is a full-time position based in Quezon City and Bulacan. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with our top accounts
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiate and close new business opportunities with key accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Regularly report on account performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Support the development and implementation of account management strategies
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a key account management or sales role within the retail & consumer products industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
