Role Description
This is a Hybrid role for a HMO Key Account Manager for located in Makati City. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, conducting account management activities, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes analyzing client needs, identifying risk exposures, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. The Key Account Manager will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term success.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management, Customer Service, and Key Accounts skills
- Proficiency in Business Planning and development
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
