Key Account Specialist

Sales Functions:
Make calls, reach out and communicate to prospective clients promptly and if business exigencies so require
Follow up prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure that needs are being met.
Assists in presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective clients.
Develops sales strategies and set quotas.
Maintaining a database of contact information.
Builds long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Research and recommend innovations that will improve or advance the current service offerings.
Project Management:
Grow existing accounts and open new accounts for the company.
Seek opportunities to introduce the company portfolio to clients with the view of expanding services offered.
Directly responsible for ensuring that all requirements to accomplish assigned client projects are efficiently and effectively planned and implemented.
Evaluates project requirements and cascades them to concerned personnel. Briefs concerned personnel on the details and requirements of the Client's instructions and advice.
Coordinates with concerned departments to ensure that activation guidelines and client-agreed standards are met all times.
