Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our team and learn while creating technical documentation, conducting quality assurance testing, and supporting our admin team with application usage. This is an entry-level position perfect for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in software documentation, QA processes, and user support. No prior professional experience required - we'll provide training and mentorship

Key Responsibilities
Documentation
  • Create comprehensive user guides and technical documentation for our suite of applications
  • Document step-by-step procedures for common tasks and workflows
  • Develop visual guides, screenshots, and tutorials for end-users
  • Maintain and update existing documentation as features evolve
  • Organize documentation in a clear, accessible format for different user roles

  • Create documentation for:

  • Admin Dashboard application

  • Partner Portal application
  • Customer Web application
  • Mobile application (service provider)
  • Backend API and system processes
Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Perform functional testing of applications across different environments
  • Identify, document, and report bugs and usability issues
  • Test new features and updates before release
  • Verify that documentation accurately reflects application functionality
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
  • Create test cases and test plans for new features
Admin Team Support
  • Interface directly with the admin team to understand their needs and pain points
  • Provide training and support on application usage
  • Gather feedback from admin users to improve documentation
  • Act as a bridge between technical team and end-users
  • Assist with troubleshooting and answering user questions
Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or recent graduate)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with web browsers and common software
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with guidance
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
  • Interest in technical writing or documentation
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of how websites and mobile apps work
  • Any previous experience with creating guides or tutorials (even personal projects)
