  • We're looking for experienced
    IT Service Desk / Help Desk
    professionals who want to level up their technical skills in a global MSP environment. If you have strong troubleshooting experience, excellent communication skills, and enjoy supporting international clients—this role is an ideal fit.

What you'll do:

  • Provide
    Tier 1/2 support
    to global clients
  • Troubleshoot
    Windows OS, Microsoft 365, VPN, printers, and basic networking
  • Manage accounts and access through
    Active Directory & Azure AD
  • Log, track, and resolve tickets within SLA
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver consistent, high-quality support

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support
  • Strong English communication skills; comfortable with US-based users
  • Background in BPO or international voice support is an advantage
  • Hands-on knowledge of AD, O365, VPNs, and core troubleshooting
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, night shift
  • Can start ASAP or by January
