What You'll Do

  • Provide Tier 1/2 IT support for global clients across multiple time zones
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network connectivity
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory environments
  • Log and track tickets within SLAs using MSP tools
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver reliable, high-quality support

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support
  • Background in supporting international or English-speaking clients
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in AD, O365, VPN, and basic networking
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to work on a night shift (US time zone)
