Job Summary:
The HR Specialist for Employee Relations and Engagement plays a key role in promoting a positive and productive workplace culture. This position is responsible for managing employee relations concerns, supporting compliance and discipline processes, and driving engagement initiatives that strengthen employee connection and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations concerns, ensuring timely, fair, and well-documented resolution in alignment with company policies and labor laws.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events that enhance morale and teamwork.
- Conduct employee pulse checks and engagement surveys, analyze results, and assist in developing action plans to address feedback.
- Prepare, maintain, and update documentation related to employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to ensure proper implementation of performance and behavioral standards.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines related to employee conduct, workplace behavior, and engagement activities.
- Participate in compliance and audit activities to ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR standards.
- Support communication and feedback channels that promote transparency, trust, and inclusion across teams.
