Part-Time HR Specialist (Payroll & Employee Records Setup)

Location: Makati

Employment Type: Part-Time / Project-Based

Company Overview:

We operate 8 retail kiosks/stores with a small, close-knit team of 10 employees. We're looking for a reliable and experienced HR professional to help us build a simple, organized HR system — from payroll setup to employee records management.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a basic hr for tracking employee information, contracts, and attendance.
  • Set up an efficient payroll process (including salary schedules, deductions, and recordkeeping). (google sheets)
  • Standardize employee files: contracts, IDs, 201 files, performance records, etc.
  • Coordinate with management to document policies and procedures for HR operations.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of HR or payroll management experience (preferably in small business or retail).
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and standard 201 file requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with payroll in google sheets

Work Setup & Duration

  • Project based / Flexible hours (project expected to last 1 -2weeks ).
  • May transition to an ongoing retainer role depending on performance and business needs.
  • On-site or hybrid arrangement possible.

Compensation:

project based fee based on scope of work

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php2, Php4,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 2 – 4 per week
