Nan Tian (NT) Group, Ltd. Inc. is the mother company of leading Asian food and beverage brands such as Lan Hot Pot, Tarsier Fried Food (TFF), Namsan Korean Barbecue, Golden Noodle House, Xiaolongkan Hot Pot, and more. We are rapidly expanding nationwide and looking for a seasoned professional to drive our restaurant and kiosk site acquisition strategy.

Business Development Manager leads restaurant and kiosk expansion projects across Metro Manila, critical in identifying, acquiring, and securing prime store locations and strategic kiosk placements for rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential sites for restaurants and kiosks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mall administrators, property developers, and commercial landlords.
  • Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contracts to secure favorable locations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, foot traffic analysis, and market research for site evaluation.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and construction teams to ensure smooth site handover.
  • Monitor real estate trends, competitor expansions, and new development projects.
  • Provide reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in site selection, leasing, or real estate management (F&B/retail industry preferred).
  • Proven success in securing prime mall and commercial locations in Metro Manila.
  • Strong network and established relationships with mall operators, developers, and brokers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making ability with knowledge of market trends.
  • Willingness to travel within Metro Manila for site visits and meetings.
