Our services include end-to-end recruitment solutions, local partner and payroll personnel services, expatriate visa and work permit sponsorship, logistics and assignment support, medical insurance and evacuation, tax equalization and compliance, and OFW mobilization, including POEA accreditation and OEC issuance.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and managing business proposals. Day-to-day tasks include market research, client meetings, negotiations, and coordinating with different departments to ensure client satisfaction and business development goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Skills in business development, market research, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in developing growth strategies and managing business proposals
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the global markets and understanding of compliance requirements is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
