The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role focuses on expanding the company's market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring long-term business sustainability. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, networking, and communication skills, with a proven track record in sales or business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and research potential markets, industries, and clients.
  • Explore new business opportunities—locally and internationally, if applicable.

2. Lead Generation & Sales

  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, attending events, and leveraging digital platforms.
  • Qualify prospects and convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts and partners.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.

4. Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Use insights to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on business objectives.
  • Track and report business development metrics, including pipeline growth, deal status, and revenue projections.
  • Present regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
