The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and building strategic partnerships. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong business acumen, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for innovative technologies such as blockchain and fintech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Manage the end-to-end business development cycle, from client outreach to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships that expand reach and influence.
  • Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecasting opportunities and delivering against revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends (blockchain, fintech, SaaS) to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships (preferably in tech, blockchain, fintech, or SaaS).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High adaptability, problem-solving skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with blockchain/fintech/technology solutions is highly desirable.

Compensation

  • ₱130,000/month (with additional benefits/perks to be discussed during the recruitment process).
