Description:
- Assist in processing purchase orders and maintaining procurement records for vessel operations
- Support the procurement team with administrative tasks such as data entry and document filing
- Ensure accuracy of invoices, delivery notes, and purchase documentation
- Maintain and update vendor information and inventory databases
- Communicate with vessel crew and technical teams to follow up on requisitions
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and maritime procurement procedures
- Help prepare reports and summaries related to procurement activities
Qualifications:
- College-level education or admin experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple admin tasks efficiently.
