The Admin Procurement Assistant provides support in procurement and administrative functions by assisting with sourcing, purchasing, documentation, and coordination with suppliers and internal departments. The role ensures that all procurement activities comply with company policies while maintaining accurate records and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and vendors for goods and services.
  • Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders, and related procurement documents.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding quotations, order confirmations, deliveries, and payment terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to identify purchasing needs.
  • Maintain and update procurement records, files, and supplier databases.
  • Support in evaluating supplier performance (price, quality, delivery, and after-sales service).
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by coordinating with suppliers and logistics.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and preparing procurement-related reports.
  • Assist in compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and budgetary requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Procurement and Admin teams as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred but not always required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support (fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of procurement systems/software is an advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
