The Admin Supervisor (Supply Chain) is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations of Apollo Global Corporations. This includes procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and vendor coordination to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

The role supervises the administrative team handling supply chain documentation and compliance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and government regulations. The Admin Supervisor also builds strong supplier relationships, monitors key performance indicators, and drives process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.

This position requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance administrative supervision and supply chain execution in a fast-paced environment.

1. Supply Chain Oversight

  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain cycle — from procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing to distribution.
  • Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services at competitive costs.
  • Monitor and optimize stock levels, preventing shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling, shipment tracking, and delivery monitoring.

2. Administrative & Operational Management

  • Supervise the administrative team handling supply chain documentation, purchase orders, billing, permits, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of records related to procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Standardize procedures for inventory tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.

3. Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead and supervise the admin staff supporting procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct regular coaching sessions to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure the team is trained on company systems, supply chain tools, and compliance processes.

4. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

  • Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure cost-effective contracts while maintaining quality standards.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Ensure timely payment processing and resolve disputes with vendors as needed.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, including inventory levels, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.
  • Use KPIs (lead time, order accuracy, cost per transaction, supplier reliability) to evaluate supply chain effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements based on data and trend analysis.

6. Risk & Compliance Management

  • Identify risks in procurement, logistics, and warehousing, and establish contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements related to goods movement and storage.
  • Implement and enforce workplace health and safety practices within supply chain operations.

7. Process Improvement & Cost Control

  • Streamline supply chain workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Implement automation or system improvements for inventory, ordering, and reporting.
  • Drive initiatives to support sustainability and waste reduction in supply chain processes.

8. Strategic Support

  • Collaborate with senior management to align supply chain strategies with corporate goals.
  • Support business growth by ensuring supply chain readiness for expansion or new projects.
  • Provide input for budgeting and forecasting of supply chain resources and costs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php30,000.00 per month
