PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Admin – Procurement and Logistics is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of procurement and logistics functions within the organization. This position ensures the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, manages inventory and suppliers, and coordinates logistics activities to facilitate smooth and uninterrupted business operations. Additionally, the role provides administrative support to maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards, and streamline processes for improved efficiency across procurement and logistics functions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Source suppliers and vendors for materials, equipment, and services.
Request and evaluate quotations, bids, and proposals.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of contracts and agreements.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Work closely with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and new products.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and relevant laws.
Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and delivery timelines.
Assist in preparing procurement reports and documentation for audits.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
BSBA Business Management
At least 2-3 years of experience of procurement system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
