Drinks Preparations:

  • Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.

  • Can also prepare bespoke cocktails / drinks based on customer requests (per approval of Head Barista)

  • Engages and entertains guests sitting by the bar area.

Equipment Maintenance & Cleanliness:

  • Ensures safe and clean operations of the bar station equipment. Monitor equipment status and maintenance.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Implement and promote marketing initiatives to customers.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitors and submits inventory status reports for the shift.

  • Manages the inventory of the items in the bar station.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Has at 2-3 years experience as bartender.

  • Must be passionate about mixology and knowledgable about alcoholic beverages (wines, hard spirits, etc.).
