About the role

Plus Eighty One Bar and Restaurant Corporation is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of cocktails, serving customers, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and serving a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to customers
  2. Ensuring the bar is well-stocked and properly maintained
  3. Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
  4. Adhering to all health, safety, and licensing regulations
  5. Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
  6. Collaborating with the food and service teams to create a seamless dining experience

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a similar high-volume hospitality setting
  2. Exceptional knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
  3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  4. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management
  5. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing a memorable experience for our guests
