About the role

Join the vibrant and dynamic team at Manduca Foods Corporation as a Bartender. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing exceptional customer service in our Makati City Metro Manila location. Your expertise and passion for mixology will be essential in delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, and bar snacks to customers
  2. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area
  3. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience
  4. Track and monitor inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
  5. Adhere to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
  6. Assist with other bar-related duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  2. Extensive knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and bar tools
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  5. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management
  6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
