About the role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Waiter/Bartender to join our dynamic team at the Makati (Sports) Club, Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Waiter/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our club.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing prompt, friendly and professional table service to our club members and guests
  2. Preparing a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
  3. Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring efficient and safe operations
  4. Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  5. Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations
  6. Proactively identifying and meeting the needs of our members and guests
  7. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience working as a Waiter/Bartender in a similar hospitality setting
  2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficiency in mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  5. Knowledge of food and beverage pairing and the ability to make recommendations
  6. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  7. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
