Bartender Opportunity

Join the dynamic team at Plus Eighty One Bar and Restaurant Corporation as a Bartender. This full-time role in Makati City, Metro Manila is an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and create exceptional beverage experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare a wide variety of classic and contemporary cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to the highest standards
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, including making informed recommendations, upselling, and ensuring a seamless dining experience
  3. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
  4. Track inventory, order supplies, and assist with inventory management
  5. Adhere to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
  6. Contribute to the development of new drink menus and concepts
  7. Mentor and train junior bartenders

What We're Looking For

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  2. Proven expertise in mixing and serving a wide range of cocktails, with a strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and other bar ingredients
  3. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  4. Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  5. Familiarity with bar equipment, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems
  6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
