About the role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Claims Specialist at access healthcare, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support for healthcare claims processing. In this full-time role based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless and efficient claims experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries and claims, responding to requests via phone, email and chat
  • Accurately process and resolve healthcare claims, ensuring timely and compliant case management
  • Provide clear explanations and updates to customers on the status of their claims
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to gather information and facilitate claims resolution
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for all customer interactions and claims activities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or claims processing role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to efficiently investigate and resolve claims issues
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications to manage customer data and claims processing
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a collaborative team-oriented approach
