About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team at access healthcare as a CSR - AR Collections Representative (Healthcare Billing). In this fulltime role based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and following up on outstanding accounts receivable. Your excellent customer service skills and attention to detail will be critical in this important role.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and messages regarding billing and payment inquiries
  • Process payments and update customer accounts accurately
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable, negotiating payment plans, and resolving billing disputes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with the broader customer service team to identify process improvements
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • A team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude
