Location: Mall of Asia, Pasay City

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Night shift, fixed weekends off

About the Role:

We're looking for passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team for a Life Insurance Account (Voice Support). You'll be handling international calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer needs are addressed efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years completed in college
  • Minimum 1 year international voice BPO experience
