About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at access healthcare in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will involve providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone and online communication. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  2. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and diligence
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or BPO role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find solutions
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and various customer service software
  5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  6. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for making a positive impact on our clients
