About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Claims Representative - Healthcare CSR at access healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services. In this full-time role based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients throughout the claims process.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding their healthcare claims
- Reviewing and processing claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Providing clear and effective communication to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and provide exceptional service
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and resolve complex issues
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to navigate various databases and applications
- A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
