Administrative Assistant – Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
- Certification: Must be a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT passer) – an advantage especially for training, documentation, and communication tasks.
- Experience: Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or teaching/academic support.
- Virtual assistant experience
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
Attributes:
- Professional, reliable, and proactive
- Strong interpersonal skills; can work well with a team
- Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes
EQUIPMENT
- Make sure you have own laptop/dekstop (i5 and up/ storage 8GB and up)
- Stable internet connection atleast 50 mbps and up
- have own work space/station
