Administrative Assistant – Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
  • Certification: Must be a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT passer) – an advantage especially for training, documentation, and communication tasks.
  • Experience: Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or teaching/academic support.
  • Virtual assistant experience

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision

Attributes:

  • Professional, reliable, and proactive
  • Strong interpersonal skills; can work well with a team
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes

EQUIPMENT

  • Make sure you have own laptop/dekstop (i5 and up/ storage 8GB and up)
  • Stable internet connection atleast 50 mbps and up
