We need a marketing VA with expertise in social media, influencer outreach, and affiliate management to drive product launches and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Plan campaigns, create content calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize for conversions across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify and manage 100+ influencers, negotiate contracts and deliverables, and track ROI.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Set up and manage affiliate programs, recruit partners, handle commissions, and optimize campaigns for growth.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate product launches, monitor KPIs, provide reports, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • General VA Support: Assist with research, outreach, and admin tasks related to campaigns.

Experience & Proficiency:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, influencer, and affiliate marketing
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and campaign management skills
  • Proficiency with affiliate platforms (Refersion, ShareASale, Impact, etc.)
  • Data-driven approach with proven ROI optimization experience
  • Bonus: Graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe), email marketing knowledge, U.S. client/startup experience

Pay: Php65, Php150,000.00 per month
