NOW HIRING: Admin Virtual Assistant / Social Media Manager (with GHL, Zapier & LinkedIn Outreach Experience)
Open to Filipino Citizens Currently Residing in the Philippines
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Virtual Assistant / SMM with proven experience in Go High Level (GHL), Zapier, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation. If you're tech-savvy, organized, and have a knack for managing campaigns, social media, and automation workflows — we want you on our team
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has prior experience as an Admin VA, Marketing VA, or SMM with CRM management responsibilities.
- Proficient in Go High Level CRM (campaign setup, contact management, pipeline management, automations, and workflow creation).
- Skilled in Zapier for setting up automations and integrations.
- Experienced in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and Sales Navigator.
- Familiar with social media posting, scheduling, and drip campaigns.
- Bonus: Experience in organizing and promoting webinars and podcasts.
- A strong communicator (written and spoken English) with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-driven, able to prioritize tasks, and deliver results without constant supervision.
- Committed to long-term growth and being part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and monitor campaigns and automations in Go High Level.
- Manage and clean CRM data (contacts, pipelines, tags, workflows).
- Execute LinkedIn lead generation and outreach campaigns.
- Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms.
- Create and monitor drip campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of webinars and podcasts.
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and maintain performance dashboards in Google Sheets.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.

- Go High Level (GHL)
- Zapier
- LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Google Sheets / Google Workspace
- Social Media Scheduling Tools (FB, IG, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Zoom, Slack, and other collaboration tools
Requirements:
- Must have your own computer and a reliable internet connection.
- Proven experience in GHL, Zapier, LinkedIn lead generation, and SMM.
- Ability to work US daytime hours with flexibility when needed.
- Prior experience supporting webinars, podcasts, or online events is a plus.
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-Time: 20 hours per week
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week (potential for transition)
- Pay: USD $5/hour (or equivalent in PHP, depending on experience)
