About the role

We're seeking a talented and dedicated customer service professional to join our dynamic team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' as a Non voice account. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing outstanding customer service and support to our valued clients via non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media
  • Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely, efficient, and empathetic manner
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

What we're looking for

  • 6 months experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer issues
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently when necessary
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a genuine interest in the Customer Service - Call Centre field
