What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding client expectations

  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and call centre operations, either with or without BPO experience
  • Adaptability and the willingness to learn new systems and procedures
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
