The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team at RICHSHIP MANAGEMENT (MANILA) INC'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in a non-voice and dayshift capacity. With limited slots available, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of our dynamic and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat or other non-voice channels
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues professionally and effectively
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  4. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is highly desirable
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
