Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Connect the DOTs Group of Companies Inc. Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

  1. Liaise with Franchise Relations Manager, Operations Officers, Branch Head (both for company owned and non-company owned) and HR assistant to determine staffing requirements for hiring and posting.

  2. Monitor the Recruitment Dashboard and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  3. Conducts sourcing of suitable candidates on all job vacancies requirements

  4. Conducting preliminary screening of applicants – paper screening, initial interviews, and shortlisting of candidates for further interviews.

  5. Conducts onboarding of new hires.

  6. Supports HR processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, and maintaining records and information.

  7. Lay-out of Hiring Poster.

  8. Job posting in different job platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook Page etc.)

  9. Assists other managers and Branch Heads / Franchisees to process job applications and respond to online queries.

  10. To recruit at least 80% of the required Manpower upon Branch Opening.

  11. To retain quality employees and to lessens attrition rate to 10%.

  12. Providing recruitment reports to HR Manager, Branch Heads, and Franchisees.

  13. Prepare PESO requirements.

  14. Attend PESO Job Fair.

  15. Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of 4-year Business Administration or any related course
  • Computer Literate (knowledgeable in utilizing Microsoft Applications, Google Suite)
  • With at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection
  • With Labor Relations experience is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Willing to attend Job Fair
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to work in Congressional Avenue, Quezon City
