The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising HR staff and ensuring team efficiency.
  • Managing employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Overseeing recruitment processes and ensuring the organization attracts top talent.
  • Handling performance management initiatives, including evaluations and development programs.
  • Supporting and implementing strategic HR initiatives to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership abilities to guide and develop the HR team.
  • Interpersonal skills to manage employee relations and build positive work culture.

Can work 6 days per week. Monday to Friday 8 am to 5pm. While on Saturday 8 am to 3pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php33,000.00 per month
