Position: Part-Time (Per Booking) Trainer

Role Title: Personal VA Trainer – Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Management

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and organized professional to join our team as a Part-Time Trainer (Per Booking Basis). This role is ideal for individuals with a background in personal assistance, executive support, or lifestyle management who want to share their expertise and train aspiring Personal Virtual Assistants (VAs).

As a trainer, you will teach learners how to effectively manage tasks that support clients' personal and professional lives, helping them gain the skills needed to deliver high-quality, reliable, and discreet virtual support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions (live or recorded) on Personal VA tasks, such as:

  • Calendar, travel, and appointment scheduling

  • Personal errands coordination (online shopping, bookings, reservations)
  • Email and phone correspondence on behalf of clients
  • Lifestyle management (reminders, event planning, task prioritization)
  • Productivity tools for task tracking and client support (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management apps)
  • Teach soft skills including confidentiality, adaptability, attention to detail, and professional communication.
  • Create practical exercises and simulations to replicate real-life client scenarios.
  • Assess learner progress through quizzes, mock tasks, or role-play sessions.
  • Provide personalized feedback and coaching to help learners improve.
  • Work with the training team to keep content updated and aligned with industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal VA.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with productivity and communication tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Training, coaching, or mentoring experience is a plus but not required.
